Very pushy staff put me off purchasing. Discussed requirements and budget then given options way over budget and made to feel awkard for saying no. Was then told theres a monthly payment option if I couldnt afford it. Walked out and got exactly what I was after for the right price in another jewlers. I would not recommend H Samuel to anyone due to this experience.
