  Purchased a pair of gold knot earrings at Xmas but the gold butterfly hole is too tight for the post on the earring, any pressure would bend the gold post. F. Hinds customer service said there was no fault, on advice of an independent jeweller we bought new gold butterfly backs that fit correctly. The shop staff and customer service attitude was very dismissive, they sold the earrings that's all they care about, would not use F.Hinds again in the future.
