  Nightmare ordering a small bevel gear for an angle grinder - Website has no option to order/purchase and collect from store. Therefore, you have to add an additional £3.95 for postage on top. They refused to order the gear without a prior telephone credit card (I personally don't like giving card information over the phone). No return telephone call after emailing them. I proceeded to go to the shop to order the gear (offered to pay). They stated it would take 1 to 2 days to get the gear, so left it 3 days before going back to the shop only to be let down with no gear. Offered to pay for gear and a nominal postage in the shop. 4 days later they rang needing a telephone credit card transaction. No option to use bank transfer. Don't waste your time with this company, easier to use Ebay for purchasing spare parts or buy a new grinder for £20 with 2 year warranty.
